Smokey Mountain Swarm

On October 3 - 4, 2008 we will have our very first Smokey Mountain Swarm.  The cost is $55.00 and
Includes all meals (Pizza, wine & cheese Friday night, breakfast, lunch and dinner Saturday night, and breakfast and lunch Sunday)  All drinks will be provided along with snacks throught the day.  Everyone will receive a goodie bag, along with door prizes being given every hour. There will be a cricut jukebox given as a grand prize on Sunday.  Everyone will also get a T-shirt.

Just a reminder as to our schedule, and items u need to bring.
Friday  Arrive all day and get set up (Feel free to get started). Evening wine & cheese meet and greet
Saturday  Breakfast (catered),  then get started,  Lunch (provided) work some more, Dinner (catered), then work as late as we want.
Sunday Breakfast (catered), work, Lunch (provided)  end about 5:00 pm so everyone can get home. 

I was hopeing that everyone could bring the following in addition to their supplies that you are going to bring anyway:

1.  I would like to set up a "trash to treasure" table, that everyone can choose items from.  for that I was thinking that everyone should bring 3 sets of items that they no long want or use, things that someone else might find useful.  ie, sets of brads, embellishments, paper, be creative, just remember you will be choosing items also so make sure to give as you would like to receive.
2.  I also thought that I would have everyone make up a themed pack to bring so that we can play a game, and everone would get one.  Each pack should include 1 12x12 cardstock sheet, 2 printed 12x12 sheets, and 1 solid sheet, 3 emebllishments, 1 Cricut Cut title that relates to your theme, and 4 Cricut shapes that relate to the theme.  I am thinking that you should choose the theme you want based upon the carts you have.
